5 meals a day Why?

To lead a completely healthy life, both physical and mental exercise are important, and for both to be possible , we must always take into account our diet. Everything we eat throughout the day will play a key role in how we feel and how we react to certain activities. We need energy for our body's mechanism to work properly.

It is essential that our diet is well planned, and that is why the weekly menus that you will find in the App show you how to organise yourself to eat in the best possible way with a balance between the different foods and meals. These menus consist of 5 meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch, Lunch, Snack and Dinner.

Eating five times a day is beneficial in several ways for our bodies. Firstly, it can alleviate feelings of food cravings or large single-meal binges that make you feel heavy and even sick to your stomach when you finish eating. By sensibly dividing your meals , you will help your body to digest throughout the day, thus keeping your metabolism active.

When we don't eat properly we often feel tired during the day, our bodies feel heavy, we feel discouraged... and this may be because we are not giving the machine what it needs. Eating five times helps to regulate blood glucose levels, so we will experience fewer of these ups and downs.
