Always have cut fruit, this way when you open the fridge you won't be lazy to prepare it, it's an easy and tasty option.

- Prepare the menu for the whole week: it is not advisable to wait to prepare the meal at the same time. Doing it in advance is a way of keeping the menu under control and not leaving anything to chance.
